The Millennia governmentwide acquisition contract task order from the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Services calls for SRA to provide a full spectrum of communications and information technology services to support the United States European Command, United States Africa Command and associated staff elements and organizations.

SRA will provide the commands with communications devices, hardware, software, and network IT and communications support services. The goal is continued enhancement, operation, maintenance and life cycle support for networks, office automation, communications, and software and systems applications that support command, control, communication and computer systems.

The project will be based in Stuttgart, Germany. Transition efforts under the new task order began Feb. 1, and the main work will start July 1, 2009.

SRA’s partners on this task order include General Dynamics Information Technology, Smartronix and Vykin Corp.

SRA, of Fairfax, Va., ranks No. 32 on Washington Technology’s 2008 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
