STG Inc. will provide information assurance services to the Army office responsible for information management under a three-year, $71 million task order.

Under the task order, STG will perform the services for a variety of efforts, such as the Defense Department’s information assurance certification and accreditation process, existing operations and installations and new operational requirements as they emerge, company officials said.

The work involves information assurance migration services for Fort Huachuca, Ariz., and other installations throughout the country.

The Army’s Directorates of Information Management awarded the contract through the service’s Total Integration and Engineering Services contract.

STG, of Reston, Va., ranks on Washington Technology’s 2008 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
