DRC wins program management work at DHS

Find opportunities — and win them.

Dynamics Research Corp. will provide program management support to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Office of the Chief Information Officer under two task orders totaling $11.5 million, the company announced today.

The contracts were awarded to Kadix Systems LLC, a unit of DRC, under the Homeland Security Department’s Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions acquisition vehicle. DRC acquired Kadix earlier this year.

Under the first task order — valued at $7.4 million for two years — DRC will support program management in the Systems Development Division of the CIO’s office.

DRC will help the office manage its IT investment portfolio under the second task order, valued at $4.1 million. That contract is for one base year and two option years.

DRC said it will use an IT Investment Management framework and Value-Driven Re-engineering methodology to implement best practices that encourage collaboration and integration.
