Computing Technologies to assist Marines with learning

Computing Technologies Inc. will provide continuing education
support to the Marine Corps under a one-year, $11.1 million
contract.

Under the contract, the company will provide the Marine Corps
College of Continuing Education with the personnel and services
necessary to support a network of regional campuses, the Defense
Department said.

In addition, the Fairfax, Va., contractor will offer services
related to program management, administration, engineering,
editorial, multimedia, instructional and student support.

The contract has a maximum value of $71.8 million over five
years if all options are exercised, DOD said. The contracting
activity is the Marine Corps Systems Command.

Furthermore, Computing Technologies will provide range and
training area management and cultural and language support for
components of the Marine Corps Training and Education Command.

The contractor will perform the work at Camp Lejeune, N.C.;
Pensacola, Fla.; Miramar, Calif.; Camp Pendleton, Calif.; Fort
Worth, Texas; Quantico, Va.; Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii; and Camp Butler,
Okinawa.
