Mantech to assist Navy on warfare analysis
ManTech Systems Engineering will help support warfare analysis for the Naval Air Systems Command on a contract valued at up to $83 million.
ManTech Systems Engineering Corp. will help support warfare analysis for the Naval Air Systems Command on a contract valued at up to $83 million over five years.
The new contract increases in scope a previous Warfare Analysis contract that ManTech won in December 2004. The new contract has additional requirements and an expanded scope of work.
Under the new contract, ManTech will provide analytical products and services to the Aircraft Division Warfare Analysis Department of the Naval Air Warfare Center, the company said.
ManTech will provide the Naval Air Systems Command with warfare analysis and assessments, advanced concept development and design, acquisition analysis and support, modeling and simulation, Naval Aviation Enterprise Warfare Analysis Environment support, software development, and programmatic analysis support.
The work will be performed at Navair facilities in Patuxent River, Md., and Arlington, Va., along with other locations.
