CACI International Inc. will provide support to the Navy chief information officer under a new contract.

CACI International Inc. will provide support to the Navy chief information officer under a one-year contract worth $20.8 million, DOD announced Wednesday.

Under the contract, CACI will provide professional, technical, management and administrative services to the Navy's CIO.

The one-year contract has three one-year options that could raise the total value to $87.7 million, DOD said.

The contractor will do the work in Arlington, Va., and Fairfax, Va. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2012.

The Naval Inventory Control Point awarded the contract.
