Planned Systems to aid military health
The Military Health System has picked Planned Systems International Inc. to develop and implement a provider database.
The Military Health System has picked Planned Systems International Inc. to develop and implement a provider database. The database will allow MHS to track information about health care providers.
Planned Systems will identify the systems that are the sources of the information and link them to various business operations, processes and applications. The contract is worth $2.5 million.
The company and its team of subcontractors will provide a variety of technical services, including technical management, system design, system development, system/subsystem integration and formal testing.
The company's corporate headquarters is in Columbia, Md., but its principal office is in Falls Church, Va.
