ICF gains new EPA program work

ICF International Inc. has won a new five-year, $23.3 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency to support the clean-energy programs of the Energy Supply and Industry Branch's Office of Air and Radiation.

Under the recompeted indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract, ICF will continue to provide expertise on clean-energy technologies, emissions reduction strategies and energy market analyses. ICF supports the ESI Branch with technical, administrative and recruitment support as well as designing and delivering clean-energy programs.

The initiative is one example of how EPA is increasing its cooperation with the public and private sectors to promote clean energy and voluntary leadership in climate change mitigation, said Robert Kwartin, ICF vice president and renewable energy and voluntary programs specialist.
