Office Remedies, L-3 team on BLS deal

Office Remedies Inc. has won a five-year, $10.6 million contract from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to provide data collection services for the Current Employment Statistics program.

ORI plans to tackle the project with the assistance of subcontractor L-3 Enterprise IT Solutions of Reston, Va. L-3 was previously the prime contractor for the CES program, according to an ORI news release.

Office Remedies, a woman-owned small business in Herndon, Va., offers services that span the life cycle of research projects, from planning and design through data collection, analysis and reporting.

L-3 Enterprise IT Solutions is part of New York-based L-3 Communications Corp. The parent company ranks No. 9 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
