MTC gets Strategic Command program management deal
MTC Technologies will provide program management services to the U.S. Strategic Command under a new contract.
MTC Technologies Inc. will provide program management services to the U.S. Strategic Command under a contract worth up to $9.1 million over nearly two years.
The Dayton, Ohio-based company's Modernization and Sustainment group will handle the work.
The Strategic Command, headquartered at Offutt Air Force Base near Bellevue, Neb., is responsible for space operations missions, integrated missile defense and global command and control. It also assists with global network operations, network warfare and strategic defense.
MTC specializes in aircraft modernization, professional services, command and control and logistics. The company ranks No. 55 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
