CACI gets three Army intel contracts

CACI International Inc. has won three five-year contracts worth nearly $80 million to help the Army increase the capabilities of an intelligence database that stores captured documents and other media.

The first award, for $18.1 million, supports Operations Support Services. The second is a $24.2 million re-compete contract that calls for use of the CACI-designed HighView Document Exploitation solution to organize, translate and analyze captured information in virtually all formats and many languages. The third contract, worth $37 million, will strengthen the database infrastructure through a variety of information technology services and solutions.

All three contracts, which were awarded under the IT Enterprise Solutions 2 Services contract vehicle, increase CACI's Army and national intelligence work, and expand its knowledge management business, according to the company.

CACI of Arlington, Va., ranks No. 22 on Washington Technology's 2007 Top 100 list of the largest federal government prime contractors.
