Tony Valletta joined the consulting firm FedResults Inc., formerly JB Cubed, of Herndon, Va., as a strategist for startups and small businesses looking to grow larger. Valletta, former chief information officer at the Defense Department, most recently was CIO at SRA International Inc. John Gilligan, a former Air Force CIO and Valletta's deputy at SRA for about 18 months, will replace Valletta as SRA's CIO.JoAnn Brown joined accounting firm Goodman and Co., of Rockville, Md., as senior associate.
