Paradigm acquires Caldwell Technology
Paradigm Holdings Inc. has purchased Caldwell Technology Solutions LLC, a provider of information technology services and solutions for national security programs within the intelligence community.

Paradigm Holdings of Rockville, Md., is the parent company of Paradigm Solutions Corp. and Trinity IMS, which provide IT and business solutions to federal government customers.
All of Bowie, Md.-based Caldwell's 35 employees hold security clearances and specialize in IT service offerings including systems engineering, software development and information assurance support. CTS also provides intelligence analyst and linguistic support services.
Based on its existing contracts and proposals submitted for new projects, Paradigm expects CTS to add about $5 million per year to the company's sales.
Caldwell's founder, Samuel Caldwell, will remain with the company as a vice president.
