Toups to head GTSI board
The board of directors of GTSI Corp. has elected John Toups as its new chairman.

He succeeds Dendy Young, who is retiring. Toups' election became effective following GTSI's annual shareholder meeting May 3 in Chantilly, Va. He has been a member of the board since October 1997.
Toups, 81, was president and chief executive officer of PRC Inc., from January 1978 until his retirement in February 1987.
Shareholders also elected Daniel Young and Joseph Kellogg Jr. to new three-year terms on the board.
GTSI of Chantilly, Va., a provider of enterprise solutions and services, has 730 employees.
The company ranks No. 27 on Washington Technology's 2006 Top 100 list of the largest federal IT contractors. The 2007 Top 100 list is due out May 14.
