NCI finishes OTS buy
NCI Inc. has completed its acquisition of Operational Technologies Services Inc., a provider of engineering and professional services to the Federal Aviation Administration.

OTS of Vienna, Va., generated revenues of about $10 million in the past 12 months, all of which came through FAA contracts, NCI said. OTS capabilities range from IT and telecommunications to business and financial management.
"The acquisition of OTS fits our strategy of pursuing companies that add new customers and services to NCI and is directly supportive of our long-term growth objectives for the federal civilian market sector," said Charles Narang, NCI's chairman and CEO.
NCI of Reston, Va., has about 1,400 employees and 50 locations worldwide. The company No. 71 on Washington Technology's 2006 Top 100 list of the largest federal IT contractors.
