SRA to continue DOD Tricare analysis work
SRA International Inc. won a five-year, $13.6 million task order to deliver technical and analytical services to the military health system.
SRA International Inc. won a five-year, $13.6 million task order
to deliver technical and analytical services to improve operations,
management and health-care data quality for the military health
system.
Under the contract, SRA of Fairfax, Va., will continue recent
work for the Defense Department's Tricare Management Activity
in bio-statistical, financial, workload, and manpower studies and
analysis. Specific services will include program management, health
policy and data analysis, beneficiary analysis and curriculum
development for educational courses.
SRA will provide the services to the Office of Business and
Economic Analysis within the Tricare Management Activity. Tricare
administers the health care plan for members of the uniformed
services, retirees and their families worldwide. SRA has supported
the office for 13 years with analytical and data research and
health and fiscal policy development.
SRA has about 4,900 workers and had annual revenue of nearly
$1.2 billion for fiscal 2006. The company ranks No.19 on Washington Technology's 2006 Top100 list of the largest federal IT contractors.
