ManTech seals GRS Solutions deal

ManTech International Corp. completed its acquisition of GRS Solutions Inc., which provides services to the intelligence community.

ManTech picks up all outstanding shares of GRS. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GRS of Falls Church, Va., is a privately held company with services supporting counterterrorism and counterintelligence missions around the world. More than 90 percent of its employees have high-level clearances. The company generated annual revenue for fiscal 2006 of more than $10 million.

ManTech offers technologies and solutions focused on national security programs for the intelligence community and the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice and State.

The company, which has more than 6,000 employees and had 2005 revenue of $980.3 million, ranks No. 21 on Washington Technology's 2006 Top 100 list of the largest federal IT contractors.
