Aquilent Inc. will continue its e-health portal work with the Department of Veterans Affairs under a new contract worth $2.1 million.
Aquilent Inc. will continue its e-health portal work with the Department of Veterans Affairs under a new contract worth $2.1 million.
Specifically, Aquilent will work on new portal infrastructure, components and features and integrate them within the portal's architecture. It also will help test the portal's applications.
The e-health portal gives veterans, their families and health care providers easy access to various health information, tools and services.
The one-year contract could double in value if a one-year option is exercised.
Aquilent of Laurel, Md., offers IT and Web-based services to federal agencies.
