The Commerce Department wants an automated hiring system to manage human resources.The Office of Personnel Management's Recruitment One-Stop initiative requires connections among all personnel assessment systems to integrate applicants' resumes, job announcement postings and quality assessment questionnaires.The department wants vendors to submit information on capabilities that can integrate with Recruitment One-Stop and provide applicant assessment tools, help-desk support and other services for its human resources staff. Contact Biba Inoussa at binoussa@doc.gov.The Army needs a training and doctrine development tool that uses its database of tasks and training support plans as developed by individual Army service schools.The Army Training Support Center contracted for a content development database, but the delivered product did not meet the its requirements.The service now is seeking recommendations for a solution that considers the suitability of its database, emerging technologies, information system interfaces and data repositories. Contact Gloria Bailey at gloria.bailey1@us.army.mil.The General Services Administration needs 28 user licenses to access a commercial real estate database, which includes an inventory of available office and industrial space and building details.The database features a directory of real estate professionals, alerts users to changes in the marketplace and allows for dynamic mapping of potential locations. The tool lets realty specialists search for office space by running queries based on space requirements.The real estate markets included are Baltimore; Camden, N.J.; Norfolk, Va.; Philadelphia; Pittsburgh; Richmond, Va.; Trenton, N.J. and Wilmington, Del., Responses are due by Oct. 15.
