ICF to start up Air Force combat training program

ICF International Inc. won a five-year, $8 million contract to deliver training support services for Air Force officers at the Expeditionary Operations School.

Located at McGuire Air Force Base, N.J., the Expeditionary Operations School educates and trains Air Force Expeditionary Combat Support personnel in deployed operations.

Under the contract, ICF of Fairfax, Va., will develop the curriculum, furnish course instruction, arrange for senior guest instructors and mentors, and schedule class locations.

ICF will support the advanced logistics readiness officers course, expeditionary mission support group commanders course and commander Air Force forces senior staff course.

ICF is a privately held company that offers consulting services and technology solutions in defense, energy, environment, homeland security, social programs and transportations to the government and commercial sectors.

The company has about 1,600 employees and had annual revenue of $177 million in 2005.
