WFI Government Services wins Air Force advisory subcontract
WFI Government Services Inc. won a five-year, $10 million subcontract to deliver advisory and assistance services for the Aeronautical Systems Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

WFI of San Diego won the Consolidated Acquisition and Professional Services subcontract as part of the Centech Group Inc.'s small-business team on a larger $850 million contract.
WFI will furnish acquisition logistics, financial management, cost estimating and schedule analysis services. It also will make available subject matter experts to support engineering services, acquisition management, testing and evaluation, and configuration and data management.
The Ohio-based center is a computational science facility for Defense Department research, development, testing, and evaluation using high-performance computing research and visualization.
WFI Government Services offers engineering, IT and technical services to the federal government agencies and the Defense Department. The company is a unit of Wireless Facilities Inc., a maker of communications networks for wireless carriers. The parent company has about 2,300 employees and had 2005 revenue of $375 million.
