The company will provide systems enhancements and repairs, analysis support and run support for the Active Army Strength Forecaster system.
AT&T Government Solutions built the human capital management system for the Army. The system consists of three integrated manpower forecasting subsystems: individuals account, enlisted grade and enlisted support.
A human capital management system is an enterprisewide human resources platform that handles administrative matters such as payroll, benefits, recruiting and staff deployment.
Based in Vienna, Va., AT&T Government Solutions provides telecom and information technology services for the federal government. Its parent company, AT&T Inc. is headquartered in Houston.
