Robbins-Gioia wins Customs tech support deal

Robbins-Gioia LLC won a five-year, $112.5 million blanket purchase agreement from Customs and Border Protection to provide support for the agency's Office of Information Technology.

The BPA, which consists of one base year and four option years, calls for program management services for the agency's existing program as well as modernization program requirements. These include providing advice and assessments, internal and external reporting and program oversight requirements, and templates, models, guides and training.

Robbins-Gioia also has been awarded the first task order for $3.9 million with an additional option worth the same amount. For this work, the Alexandria, Va., company will provide a range of services, including financial, configuration and risk management services, integrated communications and human capital planning and management. The company's team member, Deloitte Consulting LLP of New York, will provide operational expertise.

Robbins-Gioia, a privately owned company that provides management consulting solutions to federal government and commercial clients, has more than 600 employees.
