Encore II, which reportedly could be worth about $10 billion over 10 years for hardware, software and services, will provide lifecycle support to NCES capabilities and tweak the program's architecture, officials have said.
In a notice posted today on FedBizOpps.gov, the Defense Information Systems Agency said it would post the final solicitation on or about Monday, with the expected due date for proposals. DISA said it expects to award the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts to vendors by May.DISA issued the draft RFP last December.
