CACI acquisition of National Security Research Inc. closes

CACI International Inc. completed its acquisition of all outstanding shares of National Security Research Inc., the company has announced. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

NSR of Arlington, Va., provides professional and analytic services to the federal government and the aerospace and defense sectors.

The company specializes in helping to strengthen national-security policy and solutions in the command and control, homeland security, advanced concepts and international security, and missile defense markets.

NSR has about 100 employees and 50 consultants.

CACI of Arlington, Va., has about 9,500 people and had annual revenue of more $1.6 billion for fiscal 2005. The company ranks No. 17 on Washington Technology's 2005 Top 100 list of federal prime contractors.
