ICOR Partners LLC has won a $9.8 million from the Homeland Security Department to provide enterprise portfolio management consulting, advisory and software configuration services.

ICOR Partners LLC has won a $9.8 million from the Homeland Security Department to provide enterprise portfolio management consulting, advisory and software configuration services, the company said. The award was made by the department's Science and Technology Directorate.

Under the contract, ICOR of Alexandria, Va., will provide a variety of strategic management consulting services and configure its portfolio management software to support the Science and Technology Directorate's research, development, test and evaluation process.

The portfolio management capability will enable the directorate to prioritize, select and manage research and development investments that best support the department's overall mission.

In addition to Homeland Security, the company's federal customers include the Army, Food and Drug Administration, Patent and Trademark Office and the departments of Health and Human Services, Transportation and Veterans Affairs.

ICOR provides strategic consulting services primarily to the federal sector.
