Washington law firm Venable LLP has formed a government services group, comprising 30 lawyers representing 17 legal disciplines, including finance, mergers and acquisitions, and contracts.
Leading the new group are Joe Schmelter, business transactions partner; John Pavlick, government contracts partner; and J. Scott Hommer III, government contracts partner.
