CSC gets credentialing deal with TSA
Computer Sciences Corp won a $16 million contract for adjudication support services, the company said today.
Computer Sciences Corp won a four-year, $16 million contract to provide adjudication support services to the Transportation Security Administration, the company said today.
Under the contract, which is for one year with three one-year options, CSC will provide personnel support for TSA's Office of Transportation Vetting and Credentialing, which does security threat assessments of commercial truck drivers who want to get a hazardous materials commercial driver's license.
CSC and its subcontractor, Trinity Technology Group Inc. of Fairfax, Va., will offer about 40 adjudication professionals, primarily in the Washington metropolitan area, to help TSA process the individual application documents under this statute.
CSC of El Segundo, Calif., is No. 3 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list of federal contractors, ranked according to their prime IT contracting revenue. The company employees 90,000 workers and had revenue of $14.8 billion for the fiscal year ended April 2, 2004.
