Anteon International Corp. won a five-year, $48 million contract to support operations of the U.S. Central Command-Air Forces in Kuwait, the company said today.
Anteon will provide operations maintenance and support services for telecommunications and IT systems.
The command conducts contingency operations from humanitarian airlifts to integrating multinational forces into coherent air operations in major war theaters.
Headquartered in Fairfax, Va., Anteon is a systems integrator primarily serving the federal government. It ranks No. 19 on Washington Technology's 2004 Top 100 list of federal prime contractors.
