Mind Over Machines Inc. has won a five-year, $15 million contract with the National Institutes of Health to provide information technology support services, the company announced today.

Mind Over Machines of Baltimore will perform programming and database development for the agency. The IT projects are related to federal time and attendance, core applications infrastructure, IT security and other efforts requiring Web-based application programming and database maintenance.

For more than three years, the company has worked on Web-based application development for an enterprisewide software project with NIH known as the Integrated Time and Attendance System. That software is now used by most of the operational divisions of the Health and Human Services Department, the company said.

Mind Over Machines offers IT solutions to government and commercial customers. The company focuses extensively on e-government and e-business solutions that involve Web application development and integration as well as network services administration and operation.
