ATS wins FDIC contract
Advanced Technology Systems Inc. won a five-year $12.3 million contract from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. to provide software development lifecycle support.
Advanced Technology Systems Inc. won a five-year $12.3 million contract from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. to provide software development lifecycle support for the bank insurer's administration division, the company said Tuesday.
Under the contract, ATS will supply application support services for maintaining and enhancing systems, developing new systems and customizing and/or implementing off-the-shelf applications, the company said.
Work will include concept definition, feasibility studies, cost and benefit analysis, business process analysis, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, program coding, testing, documentation, data conversion, training, implementation and ongoing maintenance support.
ATS of McLean, Va., provides IT systems for federal and commercial clients. The company has 950 employees and posted revenue of $117 million in 2003, according to Hoover's Online.
