Titan Corp. won two blanket purchase agreements with the Homeland Security Department, company officials announced today.
The first contract is a BPA for independent verification and validation support to the DHS chief financial officer's Resource Management Transformation Office. The second contract is a BPA to provide project management support services throughout the department.
The value of these BPAs should be more than $10 million over five years if all options are exercised, according to officials of the San Diego company.
Under the IV&V contract, Titan will provide planning, technical analysis, consulting, architecture assurance and testing support. It will offer these services on the Electronically Managing Enterprise Resources for Government Effectiveness & Efficiency (eMerge2) Program to help the department implement an enterprise solution for back-office administrative systems. eMerge2 is the first DHS program to build out a portion of the DHS enterprise architecture.
Under the project management support services contract, Titan will establish and operate a project management function, provide oversight of various projects and create procedures for planning and managing major initiatives. Titan will compete for individual task orders under this multiple-award BPA.
