Brief: Criminal investigation support

The Navy is looking for a small business that can provide professional management services to the Naval Criminal Investigation Service in Washington. The services will be used by several departments including administration, planning and evaluation, financial management, human resources and information technology.

The contract will require extensive end-user program management and technical expertise in areas such as change management, knowledge transfer, life-cycle management, business process implementation, return-on-investment enhancement, software use and architectural framework.

The Fleet Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia is managing the contract. The RFP will be released at www.neco.navy.mil.
