Digimarc wins Latvia deal

Terms of the $9 million contract call for the Tualatin, Ore.-based company also to supply materials and enhanced security features, such as digital watermarking, a materials tracking and management system and inkjet printing technology to produce driver's licenses and learner permits for the Baltic country.
