CACI to buy IT consulting company
CACI International Inc. plans to acquire IT consulting firm CMS Information Services Inc., the company said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies expect to close the deal this quarter.

The acquisition of Vienna, Va.-based CMS will expand CACI's ability to deliver enterprise solutions to government agencies, particularly in the national defense sector.
"[It] will enable us to enhance our offerings in the areas of enterprise network solutions, enterprise financial management systems and software engineering and integration," said Jack London, CACI's chief executive officer.
CMS has approximately 250 employees and recorded revenue of $38.7 million in fiscal 2003.
Arlington, Va.-based CACI reported fiscal 2003 revenue of $843.1 million. The company ranked No. 19 on Washington Technology's 2003 Top 100 list, which measures federal contracting revenue.
