TCS wraps up mobile telecom buy
	TeleCommunications Systems Inc. has completed its acquisition of the enterprise mobility solutions division of Aether Systems Inc. for $19 million, the company announced this month.

With the buy, Annapolis, Md.-based TCS can offer integrated messaging, synchronization and Web technologies for phones, personal digital assistants and other handheld devices that use wireless networks.
TCS is adding 112 employees, 1,200 enterprise customers and 60,000 wireless data users.
