RGII wins $4.1 million Air Force contract

RGII Technologies Inc. won a five-year, $4.1 million contract from the Resource Analysis and Support Branch of the Air Force Surgeon General's Office, officials of the Annapolis, Md., firm announced Sept. 16.

RGII is a wholly owned subsidiary of Computer Horizons Corp., a Mountain Lakes, N.J., professional services firm.

Under the contract, RGII will provide analysis services, program management and enterprise architecture support.

Program management is an integral part of every service that RGII offers its client base and is a key area for RGII's growth," said Kathryn Freeland, founder and chief executive officer of RGII Technologies.

RGII's other work with the Air Force Surgeon General's Office includes technical, management and assessment support services in information assurance. The company's services include policy and procedure development, security training, risk assessment and incident response and reporting.

RGII's other customers include the departments of State and Commerce. The company had more than $33 million in revenue in 2002 and employs about 350 people.

Computer Horizons acquired RGII in July for about $31 million, a move that brought Computer Horizons into the federal market. Computer Horizons employs about 3,000 people and had 2002 revenue of $297.1 million.
