CACI completes deal for Premier Technology Group

CACI International Inc. has closed its transaction to buy all assets of Premier Technology Group Inc.

CACI International Inc. has closed its transaction to buy all assets of Premier Technology Group Inc., the company announced May 15.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction, which was announced in April, is anticipated to be accretive to CACI's fiscal year ending June 30, and the full 2004 fiscal year, the company said.

PTG of Fairfax, Va., offers solutions to the defense and intelligence communities for intelligence analysis and security services, information technology, training, program management and logistics.

Most of the company's 360 employees have high-level security clearances. The company had annual revenue of $43.4 million for fiscal 2002 and operating income of $6.8 million.

The acquisition expands CACI's presence in the intelligence and military operations communities and brings new clients, said J.P. "Jack" London, chief executive officer and president of CACI.

CACI of Arlington, Va., has about 6,000 employees and annual sales of $681.9 million.
