Anne Reed, former president of Electronic Data Systems Corp.'s state and local government group and a former chief information officer at the Agriculture Department, is joining Acquisition Solutions Inc., a research and consulting company in Oakton, Va.
Acquisition Solutions specializes in advising federal agencies on acquisition issues. Reed spent 20 years working for the government, starting as a presidential management intern and rising to become Agriculture's CIO.
