Maximus rules over Mass. justice software work
Maximus Inc. won a $13 million contract from the Massachusetts Administrative Office for software used in the state's courts.
Maximus Inc. won a $13 million contract from the Massachusetts Administrative Office for a statewide justice software contract, the company announced Jan. 28.
Under the contract, Maximus of Reston, Va., will customize and implement its CourtView software to support trial operations for all court divisions throughout the state.
The court divisions supported by the software include probate and family, juvenile, civil, superior, district housing, land courts and the Boston Municipal Court.
Maximus provides state and local governments with program management, consulting and information technology services. The company has more than 5,300 employees and annual sales of $487.3 million, according to Hoover's Online of Austin, Texas.
