STG Inc. has acquired privately held Decision Systems Technologies Inc. of Rockville, Md. The value of the deal was not released, but STG bought DSTI for a combination of cash and seller notes.
DSTI employs more than 400 people in the United States, Europe and Korea, and has projected revenue in 2002 of $42 million.
This is the third acquisition this year by STG of Fairfax, Va. In April, the company purchased International Computers and Telecommunications Inc., a provider of intelligence systems, aviation and airport systems services, and business improvement services to federal agencies.
STG also acquired PSC Inc., which provides security and electronic engineering, language services, system engineering and technical assistance and enterprise network solutions to the departments of Defense and Justice. *
