SI International wins $10 million Army contract
SI International Inc. will provide personnel administration and human resources automated systems operations to support the military personnel services mission of the Army Garrison at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
SI International Inc. won a five-year, $10 million contract to provide personnel administration and human resources automated systems operations to support the military personnel services mission of the Army Garrison at Aberdeen Proving Ground, the company announced Oct. 8.
SI will perform technical and administrative tasks for the military personnel office and personnel administration center. The contract is a successor to a three-year deal held by SI that expires at the end of October.
Aberdeen Proving Ground serves as a center for Army materiel testing, laboratory research and military training. The personnel office supports more than 2,500 military members, 5,000 family members and 16,000 military retirees.
SI of McLean, Va., will provide a range of personnel services, including administrative customer services to soldiers, their family members and military retirees. The company will update the Army Human Resource System, the Total Officer Personnel Management Information System, the Army Training Resource Requirement System, Installation Support Modules and any future related information systems.
