Vienna, Va.-based CMS Information Services Inc. won a 10-year, $60 million Air Force contract to provide budget information systems support services to the secretary of the Air Force.

STG Inc. of Fairfax, Va., won a seven-year, $53 million task order, awarded through the Commerce Department's Commits contract, to provide an enterprisewide information technology infrastructure for the Army Test and Evaluation Command. STG will provide customer support, enterprise network management, IT logistics and administrative services at the command headquarters in Alexandria, Va., the Army Evaluation Command in Aberdeen, Md., and the Operational Test Command headquarters in West Fort Hood, Texas.

Blue Bell, Pa.-based Unisys Corp. won a $36 million task order from the General Services Administration to develop a commercial business systems modernization program for the Federal Technology Service. The new system, awarded under the GSA's Millennia contract, will replace home-grown project order and accounting systems with modern commercial applications.

Titan Corp., San Diego, won a $29.9 million contract from the Air Force to support military satellite communications programs. Titan will provide technical and acquisition management support, and management and administrative support in areas such as business management, financial management, training, logistics configuration control and data management.

San Diego-based Science Applications International Corp. won a two-year, $10 million contract with three one-year options from the U.S. Postal Service to conduct independent verification and validation of major automated postal equipment. SAIC will support the postal service's engineering office in reducing software defects and increasing documentation quality.

The Army awarded four delivery orders worth a combined $15.2 million to General Dynamics Corp. of Falls Church, Va., to upgrade and expand the telecommunications infrastructure at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and eight installations in Germany, Japan and South Korea.
