The groups are formed around border and transportation security; first responders; chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons; and state and local information, Cooper said at Government Symposium on Information Sharing and Homeland Security in Philadelphia
Aug. 19.

The border and transportation group is furthest along in its work, he said.
