CACI buys Condor unit
CACI International Inc. of Arlington, Va., will acquire the government solutions division of Condor Technology Solutions Inc.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The acquisition should be completed in August after the approval of the sale by Baltimore-based Condor's shareholders.
About 80 employees will join CACI as a result of the acquisition, said Jody Brown, a company spokeswoman.
Condor's government solutions division provides professional services that include management consulting, strategic planning, interactive training and communications and call center support. Its clients include the Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Guard Bureau.
