Bersoff joins Quarterdeck

Edward Bersoff, the former top executive at BTG Inc., has joined the investment and banking firm of Quarterdeck Investment Partners LLC as managing director of the Los Angeles firm's Washington office.

Bersoff is chairman and chief executive officer of Re-route Corp., Alexandria, Va., an e-mail forwarding service founded in August 2000 that serves consumer and commercial clients. He will continue as chairman of Re-route.

Bersoff was chairman, CEO, founder and president of BTG of Fairfax, Va., until it was acquired by Titan Corp. of San Diego in 2001.
