The council is looking for consulting service to maintain its current system and conduct an annual salary survey and comparability study. The RFP is expected in the third quarter of this year.The University of Wisconsin wants to develop an e-learning system. It needs a technology infrastructure, including a distributed learning system, to provide instructors and students with a common set of electronic tools.
