The new Solutions Consulting organization, with 40,000 professionals and revenue in excess of $7 billion, will have greater resources than most of the Big Five consulting firms that have dominated the market, EDS said.
Doug Frederick, president of Information Solutions, has been named executive vice president and sector executive for Operations Solutions. Both Frederick and Eberhart will report directly to Dick Brown, chairman and chief executive officer.
