Soza snags Catnaz

Soza & Company Ltd., a Fairfax, Va., information technology consultant and financial services provider, is acquiring technology provider Catnaz Corp., Columbus, Ohio. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 1995, Catnaz offers a line of Internet-based solutions. Soza was established in 1969 as an accounting firm. The company later expanded its business into IT and management consulting and financial services. It now has 800 employees.

The Catnaz acquisition will allow Soza to offer a broader base of technical capabilities, Soza officials said. Catnaz will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Soza and remain in Columbus.
