Anteon Scores Navy Order of $19.5 Million

Anteon Corp. won a contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command, a six-year task order to support the Expeditionary Warfare Life-Cycle Manager.

Anteon Corp. of Fairfax, Va., won a task order worth about $19.5 million from the Naval Sea Systems Command, the company announced Dec. 10. The six-year task order was awarded to support the Expeditionary Warfare Life-Cycle Manager.

The Navsea office provides life-cycle management and modernization for all in-service amphibious assault, command and auxiliary ships and in-service and leased dry docks. Anteon will provide program management, engineering, logistics and financial management support.

"I am very excited about this award, as it further confirms the high quality support that Anteon has provided to [this Navsea office since its] establishment some 18 months ago," said Joseph Kampf, president and chief executive officer of Anteon. "We have assisted ... in delivering innovative solutions to the fleet, and we look forward to successfully meeting future challenges."
